A little reserved for the moment, but this 2011 vintage shows unveils scents of ripe fruits, tempered by warm spices. Fleshy and intense,  not to say imposing, the mouth finishes with freshness marked spices, which gives the wine shine and depth. spareribs with salt and pepper. 2017 - 2020

15 months on French oak gives complexity (hints of torrefaction, fruity and salty); elegant tannins, still firm; a long final : potential 2017 -2022
